DONATION TIMES: Donations can be dropped at the showroom between 9am - 4pm on Thursday and Friday. We request that donations are not left outside the shop outside these hours.
LOCAL COLLECTION AVAILABLE: We can arrange collection of large items within the local area, please complete the Local Collection Form to arrange collection.
GIFT AID: If you are a UK taxpayer we can claim an extra 25% back from the UK Government at NO cost to you. Please complete our Gift Aid Donor Declaration Form to Gift Aid your donation.
PLEASE ENSURE ALL DONATIONS ARE CLEAN, GOOD QUALITY AND BROUGHT TO US IN CLEAR/SEE-THROUGH BAGS.

DELIVERY: We deliver to the SA31 area only, however, there are villages/towns we may also deliver to depending on the individual circumstances - This will be decided at the discretion of the Xcel Furniture Team.
If we are unable to deliver, the items provided will be available for collection instead.
